Returns and exchanges
The health and safety of our customers is our first and foremost priority. Thus, we cannot risk our, or our customer's safety by accepting returns and/or exchanges. All sales are final, therefore it is imperative that you order the correct nail size(s). There are numerous easy ways to do so, as detailed in the Shapes and Sizes tab.
Shipping policy
Please allow 5-10 business days for custom orders to process, before they are shipped.
All orders are handmade, and are processed in the order in which they are received. Get answers to your shipping questions below:
We are happy to ship to the USA and Canada.
The amount of time it takes to receive your order depends upon the shipping preference you select at checkout. Ready-to-Ship orders require at least 24 hours processing time, which is separate from the shipping time that you select at checkout. Custom orders require at least 5-10 business days processing time, which is also separate from the shipping time that you select. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number so that you're aware of the delivery date, and can track your shipment every step of the way. All orders include tracking numbers.
Nail Durability
All sets are reinforced with a salon-grade gel overlay to ensure durability. Nevertheless, how well your nails hold up depends on how well you care for them. The better care taken, the better the nails will be, allowing you to reuse them over and over again.
All sets can be worn for an extended wear, up to two weeks, or as a temporary fab solution. You may choose glue, gel stick pads, or both for an even longer wear. The choice is yours Sis, but we provide you with all of the tools you need with each set, for a one stop shop rock!
Absolutely! That's one more thing that makes luxury press-on nails the best choice for your nail needs. For best reuse solutions, be sure to soak your nails in warm soapy water when removing them (not acetone).
