Shipping policy

It is important to note that your selected shipping time is separate from the order processing time. The shipping time, based on the shipping method you choose, does not begin until your order is processed. 

All custom sets require 5-10 business days processing time, which is incurred before and separate from your selected shipping time. All ready-to-ship orders require at least 24 hours processing time, which is also incurred before and separate from your selected shipping time. Processing times are complete once the order has been created (for custom orders), packaged, and delivered to the courier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number. All orders include tracking numbers.
